The 2026 International Conference on Engineering and Frontier Technologies (ICEFronT 2026) aims to bring together researchers, academicians, and industry practitioners to disseminate high-quality, original research and foster interdisciplinary collaboration in the rapidly evolving domain of engineering and frontier technologies.
Recent advances in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Internet of Things (IoT), Cybersecurity, Blockchain Technology have created unprecedented opportunities for innovation; however, their misuse—manifested through cyberattacks, large-scale disinformation, and unethical exploitation of microelectromechanical (MEM) sensors—poses significant technical, societal, and ethical challenges, particularly for developing countries where regulatory frameworks are yet to be maturing.
In alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Mawlana Bhashani Science and Technology University (MBSTU) is committed to promoting responsible, secure, and sustainable technological development for the benefit of society.
ICEFronT 2026 invites original, unpublished, and high-quality research contributions from across the globe, with a special emphasis on encouraging early-career and young researchers to present novel methodologies, theoretical advancements, and practical engineering solutions within the scope of the conference tracks.
ICEFronT 2026 welcomes original research contributions across diverse domains of engineering and frontier technologies.
Note: Conference topics are NOT limited to the above scopes. We welcome innovative research across all domains of engineering and frontier technologies.
Distinguished experts from academia and industry will share their insights and research findings.

Comprehensive submission and author guidelines for ICEFronT 2026.
The authors should follow the prescribed IEEE template in writing the complete paper. The paper preparation template (IEEE double column) can be found at the IEEE WEBSITE.
These templates include the proper formatting for title, authors, section headings, citations, and references. Using these templates will help ensure your paper passes the technical validation requirements for inclusion in IEEE Xplore.
Your paper must follow these IEEE conference formatting guidelines:
All submissions must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
Initial submissions must be in .pdf format.
All submissions should be in English.
The page limit is minimum of 4 Pages and maximum of 6 pages. In case of additional pages, extra registration fees will be applicable as per IEEE Policy.
Overall similarity index should not be more than 20% (Including References & Everything). Single source similarity index should not be more than 4%.
Double Blind Review process will be followed for all submissions. Initial submissions MUST NOT contain authors' names, affiliations, or any identifying information.
Author information should be restored in the camera-ready version upon acceptance.
Please review the following Paper Guidelines:
Each paper submitted to ICEFronT must have a designated corresponding author assigned.
While it is traditional for the first listed author to be the corresponding author, any author of the paper may be designated the corresponding author.
Whereas many of the responsibilities of the corresponding author will require compliance with legal terms and conditions, such as registration and transferring copyright, the corresponding author of the paper should be an adult of 18 years of age or older with the authority to agree to any and all legal requirements for the paper.
The corresponding author acts as the assigned manager of the paper and should have the authority of all authors to speak collectively on behalf of all authors.
The corresponding author is responsible for all activities related to the paper submission. This includes but is not limited to:
All papers must be submitted through the Microsoft CMT (Conference Management Toolkit) system, accessible via the conference website:
For accepted papers, authors must complete these steps by the final deadline:
Note: Incorporate reviewer feedback in your final version. No changes will be accepted after the final submission deadline. Extra charges will be applicable as per IEEE for papers exceeding the page limit or requiring additional services.
Each paper that is accepted to the conference and meets the final submission and registration requirements will be required to present their work at the conference as scheduled by the organizing committee.
Decisions on the Presentation type assigned to a paper are determined by the conference organizing committee considering the factors which include, but are not limited to:
Given the size of the conference and the number of papers presented during the conference, the committee is unable to accommodate special requests for presentation types and/or scheduling accommodations.
Authors are encouraged to plan attendance for the full conference scheduled as all presentation dates are subject to change with or without notice.
ICEFronT enforces a no-show policy. Any paper which is accepted to the conference, completes final submission, and is included in the final program must be presented at the conference.
The corresponding author is the scheduled presenter of the paper and is required to present the paper at the scheduled presentation date and time determined by the conference organizing committee.
The author(s) of any paper which is added to the final conference program but is not presented as scheduled will be subscribed to the no-show list compiled by the organizing committee.
Authors who are listed on the ICEFronT no-show list will be included on said list for a period of no less than 2 years.
The list of no-shows will be made available to all relevant conference organizers, and said organizers may reject submissions from authors included on the no-show list.
The corresponding author is required to present the paper. Should any circumstances arise where the corresponding author is unable to present the paper at the conference, the corresponding author may delegate the presentation responsibility to one of the listed co-authors of the paper to present the paper in his or her absence.
Said substitution of a corresponding author by a co-author must be documented and substantiated in advance via a Substitute/Absentee Form.
It is the responsibility of the corresponding author to submit a substitute/absentee case to the ICEFronT organizer before the scheduled date of the presentation.
Undocumented substitutions will be considered a corresponding author no show.
Should a circumstance arise where none of the listed authors are able to present the paper at the conference, it is the responsibility of the corresponding author to submit a substitute/absentee case documenting the reason for the absence. Cases will be reviewed on their merits, and supporting documentation may be required.
Papers submitted on the Full Contributed Paper type and path, which are accepted, complete all final submission steps as outlined by the conference, are presented at the conference as scheduled, and meet the IEEE Standards for Publication will be deemed eligible by ICEFronT Publication committee. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.
Acceptance to the conference does not guarantee or imply the guarantee of publication.
Authors are encouraged to:
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
As a Reviewer, you will be requested to submit the review reports of assigned papers through the Microsoft CMT system.
Last Updated on: 27-03-2026
All contributions must be written in English, be original, and not published elsewhere or intended to be published during the review. All accepted papers must be presented by one author, who must also register for the conference.
Authors are required to avoid plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, in their work. The Program Committee members are asked to give special attention to plagiarism in the review process. Plagiarism will also be monitored with iThenticate.
All submissions will undergo a two-phase review process. In the first phase, at least two reviews will be produced by the Program Committee Members, which is followed by a Meta-reviewing committee. In the second phase, the Program Committee will decide on the acceptance for publication of each submission.
For authors: While AI-assisted writing tools may be used for language improvement, the intellectual contributions of the paper must be made by the authors. Submissions that rely heavily on AI-generated content without human oversight will be rejected. Thus, manuscripts generated by generative AI language tools, such as ChatGPT, are prohibited. If a small portion is generated, a full reference is required to be provided. Also, if inappropriate language, plagiarized content, mistakes, errors, misleading content, and incorrect references are generated and included in the manuscript, the responsibility rests entirely on the authors. Generative language tools are not allowed to be listed in the authors' list. If light-editing, such as grammar correction and spelling, is used, the authors are required to include such editorial uses in the acknowledgement section.
For reviewers: It is prohibited to use generative AI tools in the review process. Thus, uploading the manuscripts or any part of it for review is strictly prohibited, as well as editing the review outcome.
